If a request relates to an active quotation, sample review or purchase order, we may need to keep certain records to complete the business process or comply with ordinary commercial documentation needs.
If you send files that include third-party trademarks, retailer requirements or benchmark product references, please make sure you have permission to share them for sourcing discussion. We use those materials only to understand the requested project direction and do not treat them as authorization to publish, copy or disclose another company name in public website content.
